Kitchen staff

Tethered is looking for a dependable, hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our team. We're seeking someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Assist with baking desserts and other specialty items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Prep ingredients and stock stations before service
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
• Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies are running low
• Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen (required)
• Baking experience is a strong plus
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
