Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Viva Med Aesthetics & Wellness, a new and growing aesthetics practice in Eastern NC is excited to expand our team of Aesthetic Nurse Injectors; RN or NPs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong background in aesthetic treatments; administering Botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, as well as knowledge of laser technology and treatments. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients while providing exceptional treatments in a welcoming environment. As a Nurse Injector, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring adherence to treatment protocols within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Administer aesthetic treatments, including Botulinum toxin injections, Dermal filler and laser treatments and other aesthetic treatments ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to assess the patients needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on post-injection/treatment care and potential side effects, ensuring they have realistic expectations of outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in injection techniques and aesthetic treatments through continuous education and training.

Requirements

• RN or NP
• Experience with botulinum toxin treatment and dermal filler is desired, including knowledge of dosage and administration techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to the field of aesthetics and acute care.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven experience administering injections safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort throughout the process.
